WR Dunn was approached to design a bespoke new-build office development. The client’s key criteria was to relocate from their current leased property to an open-plan office capable of achieving BREEAM ‘excellent’.
To achieve this we appointed M&E consultants and an independent BREEAM assessor to supply design advice from the project’s inception (RIBA stages A & B). The feasibility options appraisal work undertaken included several 3D computer visualisations, with associated commentary to justify the proposals. Our team was responsible for co-ordinating the sub-consultants and presenting a thorough and coherent scheme.
